System Design & Configuration
Our engineering team delivers bespoke system designs that tailor modular HV rack count, inverter pairing, communications (CAN/RS485) and thermal management to the customer’s commercial load and growth plans. Designs include redundancy, islanding strategies and integration with existing gensets where required.
Commissioning & Testing
LBSA provides assistance during commissioning, ensuring all connections to the battery is correct and that the settings on the inverter are according to the battery spec. LBSA trusted installers provide certified installations, tests and will provide all necessary documentation.
Ongoing Technical Support
After handover LBSA offers remote monitoring, firmware updates, troubleshooting and on-site service options. Commercial customers can arrange SLAs for scheduled maintenance, rapid-response support, and warranty management to keep systems performing and reduce downtime risk.
