LBSA provides full end-to-end support for agricultural Rhino IntelliFlex HV battery installations — from site assessment to long-term technical backing — ensuring safe, reliable and optimised energy storage for farms and agro-industrial sites.
Site Assessment
LBSA conducts detailed agricultural site assessments to capture seasonal load profiles, critical circuits (irrigation, refrigeration, processing), available footprint, ventilation and structural constraints. This ensures battery placement, inverter siting and civil works match farming realities and seasonal peaks.
System Design & Configuration
Our engineering team delivers bespoke designs tuned for agricultural use: modular rack counts, inverter pairing, CAN/RS485 communications, thermal protection and generator interaction logic. Designs account for irrigation cycles, cold-room runtimes and EV/UTV charging where required.
Commissioning & Testing
LBSA provides certified on-site commissioning: BMS and inverter parameter configuration, transfer and islanding tests, runtime validation for critical loads, and performance verification under representative farm conditions to ensure reliable operation at handover.
Ongoing Technical Support
After installation LBSA offers remote monitoring, firmware updates, troubleshooting and on-site service options. Commercial agricultural customers can arrange SLAs for scheduled maintenance, rapid-response support and warranty management to match their operational requirements.
Installer Training & Documentation
LBSA runs specialised installer training for agricultural deployments and supplies detailed manuals, CAN parameter sets and commissioning checklists so certified partners can install, configure and maintain systems consistently across farms and processing sites.
Warranty & After-Sales
LBSA manages warranty registration, claims support and replacement logistics for covered faults. Tailored after-sales packages are available for larger agricultural deployments to align service levels with production and seasonal risk windows.
How to Engage LBSA
To start, request a site survey or contact LBSA Sales. Provide 12 months of consumption data (if available), a list of critical agricultural loads and desired autonomy hours so LBSA can scope an assessment and propose a tailored design, installation schedule and support package.
