The standard warranty of 5 years can be extended 10 years with the following criteria:
1) It is only available on new inverters.
2) Previously repaired inverters irrespective of age are exempt.
3) If installed, then commissioning must be no older than 1 months without any warranty claims.
A warranty registration must already be in place for the extension to be considered. (Warranties can be registered here: https://www.sunsynk.org/warranty)
4) Only valid on compliant installations. Proof of compliance may be requested at any time, failure to provide will render warranty void without refund. Compliance is at the discretion of Sunsynk.
5) Only available on equipment purchased from an approved reseller.
6) Only available on systems where the unit is paired with an approved, compatible battery as per the Sunsynk Battery Compatibility list.
7) All warranties must meet the criteria as laid out in the Warranty T&Cs as found on www.sunsynk.org
8) Failure to meet the above criteria will render the extension void.
9) Warranty extension is at the discretion of Sunsynk.
10) Warranty must be registered within 7 days of commissioning.
11) The warranty extension must be applied for within 3 months of registration.
