What’s Covered?

The LBSA High Voltage Battery is covered by a 10-year or 6,000 cycle warranty, whichever comes first. This means that under normal operating conditions, you’re guaranteed reliable performance for a full decade — or 6,000 complete charge/discharge cycles — a standard that rivals the best in the industry.

Every component on the battery is covered by the 10-year warranty. From the smallest screw to the rack itself. 

What happens after the warranty is up?

We have a 20-30 year servicing agreement where we will service and repair the battery at a fee.

Our Support Promise

In the unlikely event of a problem, our technical support team is available to assist with:

• Remote diagnostics

• Troubleshooting and system health checks

• Assistance with warranty claims or component replacement
