At Lithium Batteries South Africa (LBSA), Mandela Day is more than just a date — it’s a reminder of the power we all have to create change.

our team rolled up their sleeves this Mandela Day to support a truly impactful organisation — Moeggesukkel.

Giving Back with Purpose

To mark Nelson Mandela Day 2024, the LBSA staff came together to collect and donate a variety of much-needed items to Moeggesukkel. From food supplies and toiletries to clothing and daily essentials, every contribution was made with care and the shared intention of uplifting those who need it most.

This small act of giving was a reflection of our commitment to not only providing renewable energy solutions — but also powering hope and humanity.

Moeggesukkel is a dedicated non-profit organisation doing remarkable work in communities facing hardship. Under the leadership of Jacques and his team, they provide direct, hands-on support to people in crisis — offering assistance with compassion and dignity.
