Ever wondered how the Rhino Intelliflex High Voltage batteries can do module hot swapping?

Ever wondered how the Rhino Intelliflex High Voltage batteries can do module hot swapping? 
In the event that you have to swap out one of the modules, the module can be replaced regardless of the state of charge of the other batteries.
The battery has a built in smart balancer that will burn the power of the highest modules by using 4x 1000W resistors in the controller until all become equalized with the rest of the rack.
No manual charging or discharging required. It's all automated!
